HDD Pump

Applications:

  • Machine Tools: The HDD Pump is used to pump cooling and lubricating fluids, extending tool life and enabling smoother and more precise machining operations.
  • Deep Hole Drilling: With pressures of up to 25 bar, the HDD Pump is an ideal solution for deep hole drilling operations. Its high-pressure capacity ensures desired depth and smooth surface finishes.
  • Circulation Systems: The HDD Pump maintains continuous fluid circulation within the system, enabling efficient heat transfer and cooling processes.
  • Coolant-Lubricant Fluid Pumping: The HDD Pump is perfect for pumping coolant-lubricant fluids, ensuring cooler and more efficient cutting operations.

Pumped Fluids:

The HDD Pump is suitable for pumping a wide range of fluids:

  • Cooling fluids
  • Cutting oils
  • Grinding oils
  • Water

Fluid Characteristics:

  • Fluid temperature should range between 0°C and 80°C.
  • Kinematic viscosity should range between 1 and 30 mm²/s.

Pump Materials:

The HDD Pump is made from high-quality materials for durability and long-lasting operation:

  • Pump body and base: Cast iron - DIN GG 25
  • Diffuser: Stainless steel - DIN 4301 (AISI 304)
  • Impeller: Stainless steel - DIN 4301 (AISI 304)
  • Strainer: Stainless steel - DIN 4301 (AISI 304)
  • Pump shaft: Stainless steel - DIN 4401 (AISI 316)
  • O-ring: Viton
  • Mechanical seal: C - SiC - Viton (Optional: TC - TC - Viton)
